Remember several years ago when Lady D was fighting cancer? Well now that she's better she has taken the fight to another battleground. On May 9th she will be walking for The Jennifer Hunter Yates Sarcoma Foundation which is a 6.1 mile walk. In addition she is also selling chocolate lollipops for $1 a piece. I know that it would be ridiculous to ask you to buy lollipops but if you are so inclined you can donate.

Well, here's an update.

Lady Dragon raised $615.40 from sale of the lollipops, which is more than her personal goal of $500.

Due to health issues she won't be walking today but she will be presenting the check for the lollipop donations on Monday. She won't be walking because she has been suffering from two broken ribs for the past month. Her ribs are broken because the bones of her ribcage started degenerating from the high levels of radiation she received from her cancer treatments and they continue to deteriorate and are very brittle.
